These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LedgerAI ("Service"), operated by LedgerAI ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
LedgerAI is an AI-powered bookkeeping service that connects to your QuickBooks Online account to automatically categorize transactions, generate financial reports, and assist with bookkeeping tasks. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and categorize financial data.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize LedgerAI to access your QuickBooks data as permitted by the Intuit Developer Agreement. We access only the data necessary to provide the Service. You may disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time from within QuickBooks Online or your LedgerAI dashboard.
We access your financial data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your financial data to third parties. Your transaction data is used to generate categorizations and reports for your benefit. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
LedgerAI uses AI to categorize transactions and generate reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated categorizations may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all categorizations and reports before relying on them for tax, legal, or financial decisions. LedgerAI is not a licensed accounting firm and does not provide tax advice.
Access to LedgerAI requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use the Service to process data on behalf of third parties without authorization; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
